I have brought my clients to see 1 – 2 bedrooms units in the building.  The units have floor to ceiling windows, balcony, very nice designer kitchen and bathrooms. Right now they are offering around 8-10% discount of their asking price. The building location is the best, they just built a park right below the building.  Walking distance to restaurants, AMC theaters, Navy Pier and more. This is the perfect location for residents and doctors since it’s only a few blocks to the Northwestern hospital. Right now they are offering very cheap parking options, such as $125 per month which is almost half price of the nearby locations.
