The listing price is $399,900 with a parking spot. The unit looks very nice on the pictures, with wood floor through out, new designer kitchen, nice bathrooms, a large balcony. It has mentioned is a estate sale, this is really looks like a good deal! Too bad that I do not have any clients who are ready to buy it:-)
